Scrapblog: Put your photos online!

Jason Trommeter writes "I've just started a new website called Scrapblog.com. I'd like to make it into a community photo gallery for people who have blogs and want to post photos, but aren't able to install Gallery on their own servers.". It looks pretty cool. Sign up and publish your photos with them!
Good idea. Lots of folks don't have the resources to
put pictures online.
One suggestion though. Lose the irritating CometCursor. It pops up again and again if you don't install it.
I'll take that into consideration. If you use Mozilla, you don't have that problem. ;-)
We'll let the users decide whether they like Comet Cursor or not. Go take the poll!
Thanks for the link. If you request your own album, please be patient. I may not be in the same timezone you are and I do have a full-time job other than Scrapblog.com
Good idea. One can also use the direct URL www.scrapblog.com/community/modules/Gallery

My hosting provider just turned php safe_mode ON! Ack!! I asked them to turn it off, but they wanted me to pay for a dedicated host. I have over 5000+ photos of my family on my site.

Can I run the scrapblog front end and have it point to the files on my server? I doubt scrapblog has enough space to accomodate my 400 or so megs of images so I'd like to know it is possible to store files on another domain while running gallery on scrapblog.

Thanks

hi everyone.i am a new comer.
i really want to know how to upload my photos and what is the address of my homepage(i mean the one provided by menalto)
Is Scrapblog down at this moment?
Since the last message posted on this thread, we moved to a new server. Everything is more stable now.

I don't recommend trying to upload more than 0.5 megs of pictures at a time though.
