NetPBM problems resolved!

Many users have been reporting problems with Gallery locating NetPBM on Linux. These problems stem from NetPBM being installed into its own directory instead of one on the path of the webserver user. In general, that's a good thing since NetPBM has a ton of files. The configuration wizard will still try to locate NetPBM for you, but it will allow you to enter the path to the NetPBM binaries. I've created a wrapper around the anytopnm shell script that will allow it to run properly even if the rest of the NetPBM binaries are not in your path.
In short, the latest code in CVS should work no matter where your NetPBM is located. You should not have to modify either the code nor the anytopnm shell script. Try it out and send feedback!
