Tagging from the Uploader doesn't seem to work?

I was playing around, getting everything setup. I noticed that the option to tag the images uploaded via the uploader (even the html5 version) it doesn't tag those images. Is there a period where I have to wait for it to catch up? I got it to work ONCE - only 5 images though.

Any suggestions?

Thank you, I must've missed that post. Solution makes sense - haha duh :P

Hopefully I will be able to contribute something one day, I'm a PHP semi-noob :/
