Developer Needed - See inside

So I am looking for a developer to program (I guess using this tools) to automatically do the following whenever I upload an original (hi-rez) image to a folder:

-Copy the file and resize to Large size (500 x 560)
-Water mark it using File Name as the text in water mark.
-Spit out the URL address so that I can insert it on the current site
-Copy the file and resize to Medium size (225 x 252)
-Water mark it using File Name as the text in water mark.
-Spit out the URL address so that I can insert it on the current site

There will be three main folders: Gallery (for 1st link), Product(for 2nd link) and In Stock (for 3rd link).

Important notes:

-Original Gallery images will not always be in the same proportion to 500 x 560.
-Product and In Stock images, the original image is just a door on white background, are you able to automatically cut out white background, replace it with current background and water mark it?
