"Gallery" replaced with a text

Hello,
I want to change the word "Gallery" for a text, the "Gallery" that is on the left of the bar where there is the icons "sidebarleft, No sidebar, Sidedbarright".
I am just wondering if it is in the theme (Grey Dragon 2.4.4) or in Gallery 3.0?
Please can you tell me how to proceed?

"Gallery" is the title of the root album. You can edit that by editing the root album.
Album options -> edit album.

Thanks, it works.
I have seen that the style allocated to "Gallery" is <h1>.
I can modify it in the screen.css of Greydragon theme, but I am wondering if this h1 style is used in another part of the theme.
Lets's try.
