Gallery Debuggin needed. Gallery for a project has gone haywire and we need some paid assitance

We have a gallery installed to accept photos submitted for a photo contest.
This morning when someone logged into their admin account they were prompted to upgrade Gallery.
Unfortunately they proceeded and errored out at the authentication stage. We have not been able to log in sense.
We are looking for someone to help sort this out on our server. We are willing to pay a fair price.
