I modified the random block a long time ago to work (and link) properly with phpNuke. I've just finished using some of jelwell's code for "Top X images" and modifed the random block again to include your single most popular image/photo/item. To use this code, you have to at least have his code implemented, you don't have to make it public... it just has to be placed on your server and ran every so often to keep the cache file up to date. Because the new random block reads from the cache file and displays the top most item.
