Adding New Tabs Next to Home Link

Is there a code way to add new tabs next to the Home link at the top of a Gallery page? I know the About module adds a link, but I don't want the page it links to. I merely want to link to my blog and the contact form on my blog. Basically, I would like to add a tab that links to a page outside of the Gallery install.

If someone could help me out, I'd like to turn this into a module for other users. Thanks!
