Watermarks not showing up?

Hey all. I've made, uploaded and saved a watermark in a gif format, this was after trying for a day to get a png format to work, but for some reason the watermark just doesn't show up over the image. What could I be doing wrong, I've set it to work on every image, I need it to work because I only offer downloads to a few members and everyone else is a guest? Is there a trick to get them to work? |
