The website was working find until one day when I was told that the thumbnails are not showing correct. So I clean the cache> no good results. Then I checked the configuration of ImageMagick and they looked the way I've been using them: the path is /usr/bin/. Then I decided to uninstall and install again. The problem is that the previous path doesn't work anymore.

ANY THOUGHTS WHERE I CAN LOOK? THANK YOU!

HERE ARE THE RESULTS OF THE TEST:

Ask your host what they changed or broke. No matter what they say, they changed something. open_basedir setting changed, removal of your ability to use exec, moved ImageMagick, removed ImageMagick, upgraded some other software something, but they changed something (that is unless you inadvertently changed something) :)

If you have SSH access to the server, you can try typing which convert to find where the ImageMagick binaries are located, or just ask your host.

Thank you so much nivekiam. I found my host changed the location to /usr/local/ImageMagick/bin. So I was able to activate the ImageMagick but I would like to know if there is a way I can refresh all the broken thumbnail. I cleared the template cache and it still shows as broken.
I decided to edit an album and change the thumbnail size. It did work but I would like to do this as one run.

Do you have any thoughts?

You can rebuild all thumbs and resizes under Site Admin > Maintenance However, if you have a ton of images, it might be best to change settings under Edit Album > Album (tab) and select the options there to rebuild thumbs and/or resizes. (near the same place on the same screen you edited the thumbsize)

I decided to rebuild the thumbnails for around 7000 pics because I never tested this option and it worked very nice. You do have to be patient. It took around 25 min.

I would like to thank you again nivekiam. I very very happy with your full responses and the solutions you provided.

I am going to make a donation. Great support team!
