WebDav client won't list directories for some galleries

I use Cyberduck as a WebDav client on a mac to upload files to 5 galleries. Recently cyberduck stopped listing the directories of 2 galleries but still lists 3 others just fine. When connecting with WebDav through Finder the folders and files list without a problem for all 5 galleries. Any idea what kind of changes can cause this? Interestingly, with the 2 galleries that don't list, cyberduck still connects. I can upload folders through cyberduck and they are added to the gallery, but they don't appear in the cyberduck window after uploading.

Not sure if this is a gallery issue or cyberduck issue but any help is much appreciated.
