Developer Needed

We are in need of a developer that is familar with Gallery2 coding. The Gallery is installed and I've managed to download and enable a couple of modules that were needed. However now we need someone who has more experince to work with the permissions. We would like it so that registered users can only add items to a existing gallery created by the admin and only edit their items and not change permissions. We would also like to change the title on one of the edit item tabs and remove other tabs so users do not see them. I have spent hours on the forum and have managed to get a lot done but these items still escaple my level of gallery2 experience which is noobie . lastly but not mandatory we would like users to be able to input the custom fields information at the same time they are uploading their image as it is now they have to edit the item to input the custom field info.
