Import from Outlook/Email

Just curious if anyone knows of a plugin or utility to scan your email account and import all the pictures ? There was a web service some time ago that did this, however I can't find them anymore but you would give it your gmail account infor, or some other POP/SMTP email info and it would scan all the email and import the pictures. Anyone know how to do this ?
