is G2 can use as video library? if support what module i want to install for video upload and download. |

G2 can use any image format. It all depends on the servers toolkits available to process them to make thumbs.
the ffmpeg module is an example of a toolit and module that will generate thumbs from movies.

how can i upload video to g2?

The same way you add photos. But with large movies you might have to FTP them to the server and use the from local server method:
