User submitted pictures

Hey there folks,

I was wondering, how can I give registered users the ability to post pictures in albums made by the admin?
I know about the user album mod, but I want the users to be able to post pictures in albums created by the admin.

Is this possible?

Give registered users [core]add sub-item permissions to those albums.
