500 internal server error

i get this error

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator,

and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i try to look at the error document but i can't find where this standing
the website was already installed en works for 2 months without a problem.
has anyone a solution to this problem

If it was working without problem, then suddenly started having a problem, ask your host what they changed.

To get more information about internal server errors, you'll need to view the error log (not the access log).

ok that i understand.

but where can i find the error log. i didn't find it on my server

You'll need to ask your host where the error log is at and if you have access to it or if they can view what might be causing the problem.

i found it and i have acces to it

here is the log

here what is standing in the .htacces file

suPHP_ConfigPath /home/user/public_html/php.ini

is this file correct?

I have no idea if that is correct or not. You'll need to ask your host. I'm betting that it's at least the wrong syntax. Either your host or yourself put that there, Gallery didn't.
