I am just starting out in my venture into the selling of photography, and this program looks so great! My questions... 1: I'd like to remove all in the side navigation, except for add / view cart, gallery home, site home. 2: I want to use Gallery 2 to allow a person to go to my site, select an album, view thumbnail, and medium view of a photo (with copyright branded across it,), but can not view the original. 3: Add the photo to cart, paypal pay for it, and a download link or the original full size photo appears. I have the checkout_all_0.0.18 module installed and it appears to work just fine. But a person could just go right to the full view and save it. I am using the x-treme them, as it seemed the least cluttered and gave a few extra option I liked. sample site where I have it installed... http://famfotos.com/shop all suggestions, hints, or what some might call 'holding my hand' are welcome. I have spent over a week on this and got this far, but it has just got too confusing. |

This is desperately old. Install the latest version of checkout (0.4.3) from the Site Admin -> Plugins -> Get More Plugins page.

thanks, it did update to 0.4.3 of course when I installed the plugin. I was just referencing the type of cart used.
It is the above 3 steps that are so very very important. Anyone that can help, please?

1. is a themeing question; people who know about such things are unlikely to look in a thread with this title.
2. For the albums/images (or for the root album to do it globally) remove the [core] view original and [core] view all versions from the Everybody and Guest users and give Everybody [core] View Resizes instead.
3. Link - no. But checkoutdownload will email a link to download purchased images at your choice of sizes.
