Movies - Error uploading

Hi, I'm running Gallery 3.0 over the lastest version of WAMP server (Apache + PHP + MysQL)...

I have created without any problem some albums and now I want to upload a MP4 file. When I try it, it appears the following error message: "INVALID UPLOAD".

The size of this video is 30MB.

I have changed in the php.ini the value of "upload_max_filesize = 40M" and the "post_max_size = 40M" but the error continues.

What should I change?
