Album Actions - would like to prevent Edit Permissions option

Hello, I have a set of albums that I want to restrict users from choosing the Edit Permissions from the Album Actions. I'm currently using the Floatrix theme, but am open for choosing another theme if necessary. What I'm trying to do is prevent these users from monkeying around with all the permission options. I'm ok if they to upload, move, delete, rename, caption, etc. or any of the default persmissions I've assigned to the theme or albums. Thanks,
