User permissions & other things

Hi guys, i installed the latest stable release of Gallery onto my server yesterday, and am starting to configure it, I have search the forums to little/no avail.

What I wish to be able to do;

Have all users register to view images on the website (I know this is possible, but I don't want a user gallery created on register/login).

Registered users can view any images (and search for images - naturally).

Registered users CAN NOT upload, edit, delete any images.

Super users can upload, edit, add albums but NOT delete.

Obviously admins can do everything (goes without saying)

The reason for this is I am creating a site for photos taken while on a night out, people look for thier picture that was taken, and only our photographers create albums and upload, but I don't want them deleting anything.

There was something else but i forgot in the process of typing this question.....
