Logging in only asks me to download the php file

	php 5.3.2 I just upgraded to Gallery 2.3.1 (I think, I went through the process but it's hard to know if the upgrade worked, keep reading) I would get you more except I can't login. I get the user pages, can view existing images but attempting to login prompts me to download the php file instead of loading it. Interestingly, I only have the problem when the login is correct. I've run into this problem myself when there's coding bugs in the php. Tracking down the bad code fixes the issue. Any suggestions?
