Menu items don't show unless the user has permissions so YOu should oly see the 'home' tab/button. You can chnage that behavior by using this module:

as for a shout box this should do the trick, ( if I know what a shout box is):

Hello,thanks what you told me worked but about the code,i try to add html code and when i look at the code again after i sumbit it it adds some wierd "\\" and the html is not read-able. Why is that happening ? Thanks

@double quotes that is a know issue. part of the security. It will be fixed in the future.
see if using a ` works as a temporary work round.

Hey,it didn't worked but that's ok for now shoutbox isn't a must.What i would like is to hire someone to make me a custom theme using already existing images mostly. Is anybody available to do that ? Thanks
