Hi there,
I got stuck doing an upgrade (versions.dat file says 1.3.0) to the latest version of Gallery 2.3.1
I'm hoping that someone could shed some more light into what's going wrong and which files I need to check?
Below is what the upgrader displayed after the error:

I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue so after a couple of days of attempts I decided to setup everything again from scratch.
It's all good now with a clean install.

From your upgrade log:
... your database was borked.

Looks to me like you where misisng a version.dat file as well. Gallery will think is is a alpha version if that file is missing.

I concur. The upgrader thought you were running a pre-beta version of Gallery and if versions.dat show 1.3.0 that means you were running 2.3, but that information didn't jive with what was in the DB and that would cause all kinds of problems upgrading too.
