Can't login to admin

I am using Gallery 1. My site was down for a few days and when my host put it back up, I was unable to login to my gallery admin. I do not get an error message. The login screen disappears and I go back to the gallery home page. How can I login or reset my username and password? Site: http://elijahhaus.com/Gallery/ hosted by ipower |

Thanks for your help Dave. I was able to go to www.elijahhaus.com/gallery/setup and login that way. Upon login, the screen displayed the following warnings:

This version of Gallery was released on 03/10/05. You can check for more recent versions by visiting http://gallery.sourceforge.net.

The PHP option 'register_globals' is enabled on your server. Gallery highly recommends that you disable 'register_globals' unless it is required by software on your site. Gallery does not officially support 'register_globals' being enabled, and will attempt to disable it internally.
I have know idea how to fix this, as gallery was something that I was able to install directly from ipower. I am not a tech person and don't understand what to do. Can you help?

http://elijahhaus.com/Gallery/ seem to work for me so don't worry about the warnings and continue on.
You might conciser upgrading. What version are you running?
