Changing theme in G2

Hi guys. I've been following G3 with much interest, but wrt G2 I'm lost... I have installed G2 and loaded many photos, but now I want to change the theme. I have done this before with no problem, but now, I'm having issues. I have installed and activated the full set of themes that come with G2. I go to the themes page, select any of the 6 themes as default, save settings, and nothing happens. With some themes only the admin section theme changes. Am I forgetting (or have I forgot) something. I need to choose a theme that will fit better with my Drupal site. Thanks |

There are 2 different places you can change the theme.
Site Admin > Themes
Edit Album > Theme (tab) (this setting can override the Site Admin setting and changing in Site Admin won't change this if this setting is overriding the Site Admin setting)

Each album including the root album can have a different theme. Even if you changed the default setting you might still have to edit the root album and change the theme as well.
