Carbon Theme - how to show albums and pictures in micro naviagation

I have a gallery with a main album, showing pictures, but also 1 or two sub albums showing a number of pictures of a similiar type.

How can I show both the photos AND sub albums (buffrey) in the micro naviagation box of the Carbon theme.
