I am unable to change my gallery theme - not even to the default-installed themes. When I goto Themes in the Site Admin panel and click the drop-down box, only Matrix shows. Any help?

By the way, this is a fresh install - installed through my hosted cPanel. I installed using the same method a while back and didn't have this issue, so I know the host's install is valid.

Themes need to be installed just as any other module. They are not installed by default.
