adding a banner to grey dragon theme

I've been playing around with the code and have been able to make some of the changes I want but can't figure out how to install my own banner to replace the Gallery logo. Can anybody point me in the right direction? You can see my Gallery 2 banner to get an idea of what I'm trying to do at http://lloydspitalnikphotos.com/main.php
