Sidebar configuration

I probably just need pointing to the right place but I need to know how to configure the Sidebar so that Registered Users can see the Add Items etc. options. I only want Admins and Registered Users to be able to Add Items.

Permissions.
Only give permissions to the users or groups you want to add items. The everybody group I suspect you have that group configured to add items.
