I cautiously tried using the digibug plugin after reading a mix of success and trouble stories with their service. My test order was never fulfilled despite showing the order in the report and digibug receiving the money for it. Nobody answers my emails and my print order still says "Ready to process" -

Hi Sandy,
Thanks for noticing this post so quickly. I placed a test order on 2/15/10 and after a few days decided to email the address that came with the order confirmation as well as
. The order confirmation email unprofessionally points to a website "everyonesmile.com" which only says, "Your website is ready." I did not receive a response from either email addresses and I sent another email a couple of days later.
This situation is consistent with other cases I've found online relating to digibug. There is nobody home until you make a complaint in the public eye, and then poof, someone is there.
I have sent another email to
just now as I have other matters to address this morning on the phone.
Looking forward again to your timely response -

Well, here we are again. Nobody is home at Digibug, and no order is to be seen. Order was placed on 5/19, status shows "Sent" which is different than "Shipped" of other orders. I order from Mpix.com again and again and get a no hassle, fast shipment of quality goods. Its too bad this is too difficult for Digibug, but I tried! If Digibug is trolling the forums still, please contact me.. Thanks!

Hi maxhdcse,
We do apologize for the issue with your order. The order got stuck due to an unfortunate glitch in production. We are having your order printed and expedited to you as we speak. Furthermore, we will also refund the amount on this order.
Thank you,

Thanks for your fast reply and addressing the print job! What was this glitch and how do we prevent it from happening again?
Thanks a bunch
