Keep getting logged out...

I get logged out even though I have the keep me looged in button checked. I also just was idle for about 10 minutes and came back and was logged out. Do you not like me?

Browser IE 6, Op Sys WinXP Pro.

Not sure... sounds like your cookies aren't working properly. Check 1) that you have a gallery.menalto.com "POSTNUKESID" cookie. Mine is set to expire in 2028... hrm.

Do you use the postnuke login on the left (in the "your account" box)? I've experienced some problems with the phpBB login as well, but postnuke login always works for me. Using WinXP Pro SP1 with IE6 too.

I use both log in's and neither keeps me in, nor does the log me in automatically check box work. I don't have problems with other phpBB, phpNuke or postNuke sites maintaining a log in, or I ususally never even have to re-log in. That is why I assumed it was specific to this site and a setting somewhere.

Interesting to note. I use Mozilla, and haven't had a problem (didn't even notice the login on the left til I saw it mentioned here). Personally I hate IE6, and only use it to test websites or for MSN games... :lol:

I don't know why this is happening, loxly. It's weird. I can reproduce the problem if I log in from the PhpBB login (ie, the one on the forums page -- not the one in the sidebar) so fixing that is on my TODO list. Perhaps when I fix that, your problem will go away.

problems like that are notorious to phpbb. try deleting (all) your menalto.com cookies and try again. perhaps it helps.
