USER PERMISSIONS

How can I change the user's permission? That is before the user can post anything, I have to be notified as an administrator. I didn't see this feature in my Gallery. Actually, I did not see the registration for new users at all.

Please help.

Registration, see Site Admin > Plugins and install the Registration plugin

You can set permissions by clicking the Edit Permissions link.
