Need Gallery 3 Help

Hi There,

I have Gallery 3 implemented on my website test.kantara.tv and need help with the following:

1) I would like to be able to show thumbnails at the top of the full size image page

2) I would like to be able to re-size thumbs to smaller than 200px. For some reason that's not working for me.

3) I need the title of the image to display all the time...not just when the image is being hovered over

Anyone out there want to give me a quote for doing this work?
