Would like to add 50gb of pictures - can i auto create the directories as albums?

So I copied all the pictures I want in gallery to a directory on the gallery2 server (/storage/pictures) I added /storage/pictures to the allowed list of local directories to accept pictures from. Inside storage/pictures I have folders and sub folders. Is there any way to add everything in there - but have it create albums inside albums as needed to match the directory structure of /storage/pictures? For example I have: /storage/pictures/2005/jan/01 etc so if I import /storage/pictures/2005 to an already created "2005" album, it will then create the albums inside it - i.e months, and dates , as needed. |

Zip them, and add the zipped file. To be honest, I wouldn't do 50Gb at a time, but it works in principle.

Would i need to start at the top most directories or can i goto month? remember its year -> Month -> day

You can do it any way you like, it's your gallery! You can always move the albums around, after creating them, if they're not in the right place.
