hello everybody,

In french, "galerie" has only one "l"
In English, "gallery" has two "l" and one "y".

In every french screen we can see "Gallerie" with two "l" but no "y".
what is the best according to you ?
Is it a trademark ? so why not keeping the english name "Gallery" like the logo ?
Is it possible to change the translation somewhere in the code ?

regards
stéphane

Can you point to an example (URL) please?

If the text refers to the name of the product, it should be the English, original "Gallery", or "Gallery 1", "Gallery 2", ...

If the text refers to the name of an album or the name of the top level page (= root album) of a Gallery installation, it defaults to "Gallery" in English, since that is a meaningful name of a website that contains image albums. In localized installations, this should be properly localized, e.g. "Galerie" in French.

This is my test gallery : http://www.netmachine.fr/galerie

"Gallerie" seems to be the name of the top level page (= root album)
I would write it "Galerie" like i did in the http address.

bye bye
