thumbnails sometime don't appear

Gallery version : 2.3.1 or 2.3.0
PHP version : don't know
PHPInfo Link : don't know
Webserver : Apache
Database : Mysql
Activated toolkits : Imagemagick ( the same trouble with NetPbm and GD )
Operating system : Linux
Browser : Any

When I look my gallery, thumbnails dont allways appear at the first time. But when I refresh the browser or when i look a second time the same page, every thumbnails appear ok (due to browser cache ?).

I have no error message when i add items from webserver.
I tried to regenerate thumbs, it doesn't change anything.
any idea ?
I spent time looking at this forum and thumbnails troubeshooting but did not find a solution.
I'm on a mutualised server.
except this trouble, i'm really happy with gallery2, it is what i need.
