Gallery 1.4 pl1 on RedHat 8.0, CAN NOT detect "locale&q

Hi,
I've just installed gallery 1.4 pl1.
In Gallery Setup: Step 1 ,
There is one warning (locale)

How can I correct this warning?

And I use Korean. So I hope to see korean word.
But when I write any word (Album title, comment, etc), it was broken.

Is it possible to see Korean word?
