I know you all must be super smart to figure all of this stuff out. I have been a Gallery member for 3.5 years. I was a member back when you paid 10 per 3 months and it was hosted here. Suddenly one day I could no longer login and I'm so worried that all of my photos are GONE without warning. Is there anyway that I can retreive them? I don't understand all of this php stuff or why I need to download gallery...I don't care about that stuff I just want my pictures!! Are they gone forever or is there something I can do to get them back? |

Odd, that was never the case. I've been around for 7+ years....
Gallery is free, open source software, you have to install on your website and you host your photos. You'll need to contact your host, we've never been a host or allowed people to host their photos here. People who do that, get banned.

Looks dead. I removed the name of the site because although it looks dead, the owners of the site appear to host malicious software on their main site.

What do you mean? This site and these forums are for supporting and development of Gallery, the software you can install on your own site. If you do upload photos to share with people that are not part of any sort of question related to Gallery they will be removed without warning or notice of any sort. This site is a not a photo hosting site, if that's what you're looking for try Flickr.
