Account creation and login

Does Gallery2 have an IMAP feature to use for account creation and loging. This way users to my site would only need one log in.Thanks.

For example the webcalendar at http://www.k5n.us/index.php provides this function.

IMAP? or do you mean LDAP?
http://codex.gallery2.org/LDAP_authentication

Using IMAP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Message_Access_Protocol) wouldn't be the right way to do something like this if G2.

The GalleryEmbed API allows for cross-mapping of users for auto creation/login and you can also use the UserAlbum module to have gallery create an album foreach user.

I have a simple form for embedding gallery within yoursite.
My form does not map users, you'd have to write that functionality in yourself. I could supply some sample functions if you need.
