MySql request to upload pictures

Hello,

I would like to create a software that resize and upload automatically my pictures.
Could you help me to find the correct MySql request to upload my pictures properly in my gallery?
(With this options if possible...)

It's not a mysql request you need, you need to learn the Gallery API

Do you want something web based? Why not just use Gallery? What exactly are you trying to do? It may be done already. Have you seen Gallery Remote?
