1AND1 'Shared' Hosting Customers Interested in 1AND1 Support for Gallery3

Hello 1AND1 Users: i am a Gallery 3 user that ran into issues when i upgraded to G3B3 from G3PR2. In looking into this i have noticed that there are a few 1AND1 users in the G3 Forum. After requesting help from 1AND1 for several days now, 1AND1 is now looking into why some of their customers are running G3B3 successfully and some are not successful. Its seems (per 1and1) it may not be as simple as lack of Apache2 support (even though 1AND1 Apache2 upgrade is being mapped out now) for 'shared server' customers. anyways . . . If interested please contact 1AND1 Support requesting help with supporting Gallery3. Since Gallery3 is still Beta, now is the time to try to resolve 1AND1 support issues. 1and1 has emailed me ~ 20x concerning my support request so they are trying to resolve this issue asap.
