ARG - cant upload files

Hi; sorry about another niave question from another newbie..but im going to have to do it anyway. I dont have shell access and i have just installed the Gallery on my site (www.rokits.org/gallery). When i try to upload the pictures i got an error. i read the FAQs and i turned on the debugging thing as ordered....but i cannot do anything with the results anyway. Looks like you have the wrong version of jhead for your operating system. Get the right one (see the "PHP diagnostic" linked from the config wizard to find out what OS you're using)

Where do i get the right jhead for this? also, the place where iset up the gallery was on a tutorial made my my host <!-- BBCode Start --><A HREF="http://www.support.34sp.com/tutorials/gallery/gallerysetup.shtml" TARGET="_blank">Here</A><!-- BBCode End --> and all the files were supplied. I would have thought that they would have included the right jhead file for their operating system....

Your best bet is to talk to your ISP -- it looks like they've put some thought into getting Gallery working in their environment so they can probably get you the right binary.
