Partially resolved ---------------- Vslider3 + Vslider3 WPG2 -------------------------

Hi All

Have just been playng with my new expediiton blog site
expeditions.verticalresources.org

Had massive server issues with memory allocaiton that stopped me using gallery on my host for a while but thats all solved. I have the latest version of stable worldpress and Gallery 2.2.5 installed.

Am running WPG2 and it should intergrate nicely with the Vslider3 theme - with the vslider3 theme running in gallery 2

Unfortuntley it doesn't I keep getting an error that I need to use the vslilder3 theme in wordpress even though I have it enabled.

Has anybody else seen this issue and have a resolve for it?

To make it work I have used the wordpressembedded gallery 2 theme and I would like to know how to change a few of the stylings there. I have had a few searches on the forum but find myself still at bit of a loss.

Basically - If you view any other pageon my site (other than the gallery) http://expeditions.verticalresources.org/

it has the red border around the page content with the page being black

The gallery page is all red.

where in the theme would I change or add code to give me the same effect as the rest of the pages shown in the workdpress site - ie red border and balck conteent?

Around line 202, change what's in bold from transparent to black.

}

Fantastic

thanks a lot - I thought it would be a great deal harder since I expected wordpressembedded theme to be trying to take the wordpress theme settings. - kind of expected to need to do something in the wordpress theme as well ;)

One more Q
if you now look at the gallery page it is not aligned with repect to the full page width without the right hand sidebar showing.

Where do I look to allow the gallery content to fill out to the size of the wordpress page?

was confused about the header in the gallery.body section that said that it would make changes to the standalone G2 installation.
made changes from near line 121

Whilst I understood how to change the CSS of the gallery with the wordpressembedded theme - I am still at a loss to understand why
Wordpress theme - Vlsider3
WPG2
G@ theme Vslider - WPG2

still tells me that I don't have Vslider installed and set as the wordpress theme

That part I have no idea about. Never integrated G2 with anything.
