'giftopnm' is a pnm program name unknown to pnmmerge

	I'm getting this error (from Apache error log) when trying to upload photos to my gallery. All 12 netpbm files were detected fine, and when I try to upload images the status code returned is 0. I suspect is has something to do with the fact I'm using Windows. If anyone could offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

	This error happens when you're running on Win98, which we don't support (see our requirements page). Can you provide a link to your PHP info diagnostic please? Also, you can try the latest Gallery code from CVS (see the download page) and try using ImageMagick instead of NetPBM.
