Change Logo in Carbon Theme

Dear Guys,

I updated today my gallery from 2.2.5 to 2.3.
After the update I wanted to change the logo in carbon theme again:

So I modified the file 'themes/carbon/templates/theme.tpl'
'<img src="{g->url href="images/MYLOGO.gif"}" alt=""/>'

Unfortunately in source code of my page is still:
'<img src="images/galleryLogo_sm.gif" width="107" height="48" alt=""/>'

Is there something new now on changing the gallery logo?

I thought that the carbon theme has a admin setting for URL or path to alternate logo image?

Yes, that's true. Found this also now and it works.
But I'm still confused why the change in code doesn't suceed.

I thought about such a problem.
But didn't find how to clear these cache.
Any idea?
