Can someone fix for me the thumbnail problem?

Dear All,
I am looking for an experienced Gallery user, who I can assign the task to trouble shoot why my Gallery installation on www.scandasia.com/photobank does not display thumbnails.

I have read the FAQ about this but not been able to solve this installation problem myself. I have another installation on the same server but on another website where this problem did not happen it, so I know it is possible to fix.

I am hoping that I can pay another user to fix this problem for me.
