Problem with Safe Mode

Hello,
I have problem with safemode. I have installed gallery under postnuke. I have looked at the FAQ B.3. I have installed gallery in modules/gallery. Where do i put my .htaccess file with the addition lines for running cgi php.

Because of the way that PostNuke is designed, you must run all of postnuke under PHP/CGI in order to be running Gallery under PHP/CGI.

So, you need to put the .htaccess file in a directory *above* the PostNuke directory.
