hello, can i use gallery2 whitout the registration part ? i alredy have a login system on my site and now i want to use gallery 2 admin whit my own login system .
is this possible?

Yes, it's not installed by default :)

Go to Site Admin > Plugins and uninstall the registration plugin.

witch one is the best to yous from gallery 2 beceause i downloaded the ful package but thats over 60mb to upload to my server and when i look ath this http://gallery.menalto.com/gallery/screenshots/screenshotsG2/install/install_06_1.jpg.html then i see that i have to put in a admionistratorvaccount is this normal?

If you need a non-english language by default the the full, all-language package is probably what you need. You can then uninstall and delete unused plugins and languages from Site Admin > Plugins and Site Admin > Languages

That screenshot is to setup the admin user for Gallery.
