Hi all,

I have been looking for a gallery that is:

a) Fairly straight forward to install
b) Embeddable into a HTML page, without having users have to navigate to an external link to view photos.
c) Easy to manage so a client could log-on then upload photos.

I cant seem to find any live examples of gallery on any html sites...

Will this work for me?

Thanks,
Matt

Gallery2 has a near flawless installer.

That's kind of a loaded question. Any photo gallery you install if it isn't static will require executable scripting.
PHP outputs html, so a web page in php -> html mixed mode yes... with a php extension.
Most web servers do not support html -> php mixed mode... meaning if the page has an html extension there is no execution.
There are ways to get Apache to execute php in .html pages.
I actually have an easy to use form to help with embedding. Plus this community is great for support.

Absolutely.

Thanks,

What I was meaning is I want to put this in a static html site like: http://www.victoriafleamarket.com for example.
I want to keep the page looking as it is, with the menu, header, footer etc but the gallery to load up in the container/content area of the website.

Are there any examples of what im looking to do? Links to sites on the net, I have looked thru the gallery but havent found any links to sites of what Im after.
