[SOLVED] How to use tag tree module?

Hi,

I installed tag and tag tree modules. But I cannot see how tag tree module works. Could someone point me how to make a tag hierarchy?

Also, with tag tree albums, could I assign different permission to the different tag albums in the tag tree?

As for permissons; I don't think so.
